Don't you mean arrangement - arraignment being summonsed before a court to face charges? (Although that could fit too under the circumstances...)

... the charges are the abuse of the King's English !
It has been a long time since Collage ( 81 ) , and my spelling, and grammar, etc. have all been forgotten in my long years at Tower . So I beg forgiveness for my "creative " use of the language , which is sometimes my own , and sometimes just ignorance , or clumsiness ( to say nothing of my bad eyesight ).
Back when I was in 7th grade, in the days when they were not afraid to hurt your "self esteem", we had these evaluation tests, I tested with a 12th grade vocabulary, and a 4th grade spelling ! Spellcheck is my best friend !
And Micah we meet at pier 68, at 1pm to plan this "changes" .
